Program Description

Vanguard Service NJ sends text messages to customers who have explicitly opted in via a web form checkbox. Messages are related to your inquiry, estimate, scheduled appointment, or active service — including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, and customer-support communications.

SMS opt-in is never pre-checked and never required to submit a form or receive a quote.

How to Opt In

Check the SMS consent checkbox on any contact or estimate form on this site. By checking that box and submitting the form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Vanguard Service NJ at the phone number you provided.

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in through a web form.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, typically related to a service request or scheduled appointment. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.

Supported Carriers

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Protection. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable federal and state regulations.
