SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

1. Program Description. This messaging program sends quote-related, scheduling, and customer-support messages to customers who have submitted a request through our website forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent that is never pre-checked and never required to submit a form. Messages may include estimate confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, post-service care information, and customer-support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions. You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. To rejoin, sign up again through one of our web forms.

3. Support. Reply HELP to any message, or contact vanguardservicenj@yahoo.com or call 908-577-5579 during business hours.

4. Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month. Contact your wireless provider for details on your text plan.

6. Supported Carriers. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction. You must be 18 years or older to opt in to SMS messaging.

General Terms

This website is owned and operated by Vanguard Service NJ ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Estimates and Quotes

Quotes and price ranges provided through this site are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after on-site evaluation. We reserve the right to revise pricing based on conditions discovered during the visit.

Service Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, registered at the time of installation. Workmanship is warranted as described in your individual project agreement.
